Why Us?

You could contract with a large CPA firm to handle your finance, accounting, and process matters. You could work with a big recruiting company to hire and onboard new employees. You could pay top dollar to a high-tech corporation for translation services. You could retain a marketing agency with well-heeled managers to handle your direct mail, press releases, and newsletters. You could even overspend on a company history or upgrade to QuickBooks Enterprise.

But why hurt your bottom line with the invoices those companies will generate? We provide great value at a fraction of the cost!

We understand your entrepreneurial spirit. We know what it feels like to put your heart and soul into your passion. We are just like you!

Let us focus on your business needs while you provide the goods and services your clients want. Talk to us!

Our unusual certifications, recommendations, and memberships:

I've personally been committed to genealogy research since the first time I set foot in my great-grandfather's home town of Hof, "in Bayern ganz oben." In addition to almost-immediately joining Family Tree (now Ancestry) and contacting the Family History Library in Salt Lake City, I also paid tribute to our country's magnificent obsession as a home for the tired, the poor, those struggling to be free.

Ellis Island didn't exist as immigration center until two years after my great-grandfather Sachs landed on these shores. Still, it was The Place for most of us who call the United States of America home.

If you are working on your family tree, especially if it's in Germany!, please contact us for a quote.

In 2016, I participated in my then-employer's presentation -- both exhibit and speech -- at the Workflow Symposium at Stuttgart's Hochshule der Medien.

I've also worked the booth and created English language marketing materials for a German-owned welding company; a crazy (fun crazy) German guy who sold fences and nautical equipment in the USA; former DDR companies promoting their businesses in the USA post-Wende; and a German-owned oilfield supply company. For the latter, not only did I work the booths at trade shows, I also supervised their chili cookoff entry! "The Wurst is behind us." I know, groan.

But none of these gave me a cool certificate.

If you need help with a conference or trade show, we're here for you! Contact us for quote.

Note: I (Denise Heap) would personally handle German-language conferences and materials. However, should you need assistance with marketing materials, interpreting, or related in other languages, check us out

In the mid-1970s, as an undergraduate at TCU, my academic advisor counseled me to essentially get a minor in education - and my teaching certification to boot. I did so and was surprised by how much I enjoyed the classes. Since elementary, secondary, and "other" majors were lumped together in the same courses, my ideas about learning and teaching were stretched. I even wrote about sitting next to Charlie Davis, the pro football player, in a 2024 post.

No matter whether working with clients on a translation or QuickBooks conversion project, I use these skills. TCU was in the vanguard of self-paced learning, as well as "long-distance" learning (40 years before Zoom!). I'll engage both skill sets in your projects, whatever you're most comfortable with.

Contact us for a quote. No matter your company's knowledge gap, either I can help, or I can find someone who will.
